Every agency claims to work with everyone. Ours is weighted, and it is more useful to you to know how. The heaviest concentration by far is finance and trading — a category that is demanding on compliance and among the most expensive auctions in India, which is a reasonable proxy for whether an agency can handle yours.

Regulated categoriesFinance, trading and healthcare carry rules that decide the creative before the media plan does — SEBI and IRDAI credentials for finance creators, certified qualifications for health claims, and platform policies that suspend first and review later. Most of what goes wrong here is avoidable and is caught at the brief, not the appeal.

The fee is not the spendEverything above is our management fee. Advertising budget is paid by you, directly to Google or Meta, on your own payment method — we take no commission on media and never bill it through us. It is the only structure in which you can independently check what was spent.

Larger accounts move to a percentageAbove a certain spend a flat retainer stops making sense for either of us, and management moves to 10–15% of ad spend. Each service page sets out its own tiers and what is included at each one.

There is a floor, and we will tell you about itBelow roughly ₹30,000 a month of media, automated bidding cannot gather enough conversion data to learn and our fee would eat too much of the budget. If that is where you are, we will say so rather than take the money.

If you are comparing agencies right now, this is the most useful thing we can give you. The answers separate agencies faster than any pitch deck, and they cost nothing to ask. We have put our own answers next to each one.

Who owns the ad account?If the answer is anything other than "you do", your entire performance history stays with them when you leave. Ask to see the account's ownership settings, not a reassurance.

Is media billed through you?Ad spend that passes through an agency cannot be independently verified, and a bundled invoice is where markups hide. Spend should go from you to the platform directly.

What is the notice period?An annual lock-in is a confession. If the work is good, month to month costs the agency nothing — and if it isn't, you should not be trapped in it.

How many accounts does my manager carry?The single best predictor of whether your account gets attention. Agencies rarely volunteer this number, and the hesitation before answering is informative on its own.

Can I see the change history on a comparable account?Google Ads logs every change with a date and a user. An account being actively worked on looks obviously different from one on autopilot, and it takes thirty seconds to show you.

What would make you tell me to stop spending?Every honest agency has an answer — broken unit economics, a budget below the market rate for a customer, a channel that does not reach the buyer. An agency with no answer will keep billing you regardless.

(10) — Straight answers
Before you ask
How much do your services cost?
Retainers start at ₹15,000 a month in India and $299 in the USA for a single channel, moving to 10–15% of ad spend on larger accounts. Websites are ₹60,000–₹2,50,000 and apps ₹2,50,000–₹8,00,000 as fixed-scope projects. Every service page on this site publishes its actual ranges instead of hiding them behind a form, and ad spend is always billed separately and never marked up.
How soon will I see results?
Paid campaigns can generate enquiries within days of launch, though it usually takes four to eight weeks for cost per lead to settle — automated bidding needs two to four weeks and a meaningful volume of conversions before it performs. SEO does close to nothing visible for a quarter, then compounds over three to six months. Any agency promising month-one results is usually counting branded traffic you already owned.
Will I own my ad accounts and website?
Always. Your Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and Meta accounts stay in your name with you as owner, and you own your domain, code, design files and conversion data. We work as a linked manager inside accounts you own, so if you leave, nothing has to be transferred and nothing can be held back. You can verify account ownership yourself in about thirty seconds.
Are you a certified Google Partner?
Yes, and you can check it rather than take our word for it — our listing is public in Google's own Partners directory and linked from the badge in the footer. Google re-checks the status daily and requires $10,000 of managed spend over 90 days, at least half the account strategists Google Ads certified, and a 70% optimisation score maintained.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, with one honest limit: below roughly ₹30,000 a month of media, automated bidding cannot gather enough conversion data to learn and our fee would take too large a share of your budget. If that is your situation we will say so and suggest where the money would work harder instead, rather than taking the retainer.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We run accounts from offices in New Delhi and Auburn, Washington, across Indian and US time zones, and we work with Indian-diaspora businesses in the Gulf, the UK and Canada. India runs on IST and the Auburn office on Pacific Time — the easy overlap is early morning Pacific, evening in India.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Retained work runs month to month with 30 days' notice on either side, and project work is fixed-scope with agreed milestones. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year — an agency confident in its work does not need a contract to keep clients.
Who will actually be working on my account?
A named account manager who knows your business, reachable on WhatsApp and email rather than through a ticket queue. You will know who they are before you sign anything, and you are welcome to ask how many other accounts they carry — a question worth putting to every agency you are considering.
Can you guarantee a number-one ranking or a fixed cost per lead?
No, and neither can anyone else — Google's own guidelines say so. An agency promising it is either misleading you or planning to rank you for a term with no search volume so the promise technically holds. What we will do is agree targets, work towards them, and report honestly against them including the months that went the wrong way.
Is the ad spend billed through you?
Never. Media goes straight from you to Google or Meta, on your own payment method, in your own account. We charge a management fee and take no commission on media. This is not a courtesy — it is the only arrangement in which you can independently verify what was actually spent.
What happens in the first ninety days?
Week one is an audit before any advice. Week two is a written, itemised plan with numbers in it. Weeks three and four are build and instrumentation, including call and WhatsApp tracking where the market needs it. Month two is about gathering signal rather than hitting targets, and from month three it is optimisation and monthly reporting against agreed numbers.
What if it is not working?
You leave, with 30 days' notice, owning every account, asset and piece of data. We would also expect to have told you before you had to ask — if a channel is not earning its fee we would rather say so in month two than defend it until month six. Turning down or ending a retainer is uncomfortable; billing for twelve months of hope is worse.
